This guacamole recipe is truly ‘Spartan’ in that there are very few ingredients. Sometimes less is more. But feel free to add your favorite fruits and vegetables into the mix. Let us know what you add to your guac in the comments.
5 minutes, serves 4, vegan, gluten-free
- 4 avocados
- 1 small lime
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits.
- Scoop avocados out from peel and into a bowl.
- Cut lime in half and squeeze juice from both halves into the bowl of avocados.
- Mash and mix well.
