Banana Orange Smoothie with Flaxseeds

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup cold filtered water


  1. Peel the banana and orange. Juice the lemon and grate the ginger root.
  2. Blend everything in a blender for 45-60 seconds.
  3. Serve right away!
