4th of July Burpee Run

You are free. Celebrate. You are free to earn your fitness, and with it your earn your ability to achieve all that it allows you to accomplish. All you need is running and burpees, the rest is up to you. Get together with friends this weekend to run, burpee grill, and be grateful for the freedom to do so.
- Dynamic warm up
- Run 10 minutes
- Run 30-60 minutes at a moderate pace with 10-30 burpees every 4 minutes.
