- 6 oz ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions & Serving Size
- Mince garlic.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan. When melted, saute the mushrooms, onions, and
carrots until tender.
- Add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add the baby spinach and cook until wilted.
