5 minutes, 1 serving, 340 calories per serving, gluten-free
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
- Additional water (optional)
- Add strawberries, frozen banana, milk, yogurt, and protein into blender. (Hint: Peel banana before freezing.)
- Blend for 15-20 seconds.
- If consistency is too thick for your liking, add water and re-blend.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
